All our products are handmade and made to order. As such, each piece may have slight variations in color, texture, or finish—this is part of its unique charm and not considered a defect.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. Please ensure all information (shipping address, product details, etc.) is correct before confirming your order.
3. Payment
We accept secure payments through ToyyibPay or Paypal. All prices are listed in Ringgit Malaysia and must be paid in full before an order is processed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, customs clearance, or public holidays. We are not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
5. Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. See our Refund Policy for full details.
