1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the made-to-order and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong color, or sizing errors. Please double-check your order before confirming.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. We will gladly assess the issue and offer a solution—either a replacement or refund—on a case-by-case basis.
3. Conditions for Refund/Replacement
To be eligible:
- You must provide clear photo(s) of the damaged or incorrect item.
- The item must be unused and in original condition.
- Return shipping (if required) is at the buyer’s cost unless otherwise agreed.
